Homemade naan
Always wanted to try out naan...so india here we come...
Steps

In a bowl add warm water,yeast,sugar and oil. Mix and let rest for 5 mins till foamy

Place flour in a bowl add salt and mix well

To the flour add yeast mixture followed by yoghurt and egg

Knead dough for 5-7 mins.dough should be soft and sticky and.once its soft and springy, its ready

Place in an oiled bowl and cover with cling film.let rest for 1-2 hours till it doubles in volume

Transfer dough to a floured surface and divide into 16 portions.roll each ball into a round shape.shape then pull the circle to form an oval shape

Heat a skillet pan on high and place the naan on.let cook for 30 secs on 1st side till you see bubbles, then flip on 2nd side and cook for another 30 secs.flip again to cook on the 1st side for 30 secs then flip last time and cook for 30 secs

As soon as you take the naan off the pan, wrap it in a clean kitcen towel to keep it moist

Serve with your favourite curry
