Take rawa,maida, salt in wide mouth bowl and mix well.

Add soda water and bind smooth dough.

Cover it with a damp cloth and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Remove the cloth and knead again smooth texture.

Divide dough and give it a round small balls.

On the roti maker and put the ball and press.

Heat oil a deep frying. When oil is hot, take 5-8 puris and slide them gently in oil. Press a spatula. Deep fry them until crispy and light golden brown. Remove and place them on paper napkin to absorb extra oil. Store them in an airtight container after they cool down.

Serve with green Pani and potato masala.
