150 gAll purpose Flour
100 gSugar
6large eggs
1tspn vanilla
1 cupoil

Seperate egg white and yolk,add sugar in egg white,whisk untill white and foamy,add oil,flavour, in egg yolk,add flour also,then fold in eggwhite mixture gradually using spatula till well combine!

Scoop and drop in muffins lined pan, Bake in pre heated oven

Serve with cream of ur choice
