Steps

In a mixing bowl add rice flour, salt, crushed carom seeds, black pepper, kasuri methi and 2 tbsp oil.

Mix well.Now knead it like a soft dough.add red chilli flakes (it's optional) and some oil and knead well.and wrap it with plate or cloth.

Keep aside for half an hour.

After half an hour unwrap the dough and Knead it again with greased hands.

Now take small portion from the dough.and roll out like mini & thin Chapatis

Heat the oil in a wok. Now slide required Papdi into the oil.

Fry these papdis on low flame until they turns light golden brown.

Drain out the papdis on a absorbent paper.Fry all papdis in the same way.. sprinkle chaat masala over papdis.

Serve these crunchy papdis with sauce
