Ingredients

  1. Dumpling dough
  2. 300 gmflour
  3. 1 dlwater
  4. 1agg
  5. Filling
  6. 500 gmprecooked white beans
  7. 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt
  9. 1 teaspoontapioca powder
  10. 1 tablespoonchicken broth

Steps

    Mixed the dough ingredients, massage the mixer into a dough. Let it rest in fridge for half hour

    Pour all the filling ingredients together into the blender. Blend well. Put a side, ready to use

  3. 3

    Take out the dumpling dough. Make into small round pcs and roll into flat thin round pieces. Take a tablespoon of the filling, put on the dumpling dough skin, wrap it with flower pattern or just simple sealing.

    Heat up the frying pan. Pour in little bit cooking oil. Place the dumpling in and let it fry awhile 8min in medium heat. Pour in water and closed the lid. Let it steamed cook until the water dry out then is ready to served.
