Pre heat oven to 180°

Prepare your tins

With electric mixer, beat the sugar and eggs until slightly thickened, in a large bowl.

Add all the other ingredients and beat just until batter is smooth.

Pour batter in to the prepared tins and bake for 30-40 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.

Let it cool in the pans for about 10 mins then remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.

You can cover with your favorite frost. I used fondant
