Grilled Pork with Chili Marinade

We've had grilled pork many times. It's a simple meal for breakfast, and in the evening, it's often served with a spicy dipping sauce. But after a while, it can get boring, right? So, I decided to marinate the pork with the sauce and grill it, eliminating the need for a separate dipping sauce. If you like it more intense, you can always add more sauce later.

Steps
- 1
Wash the pork and slice it thinly.
- 2
Marinate the pork with all the marinade ingredients. Mix gently and let it marinate for 10-20 minutes.
- 3
Grill the pork over a charcoal grill with fairly high heat to cook it quickly. Grill until done to your liking.
- 4
Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve as an appetizer or with sticky rice.
- 5
Note: If you like dipping sauce, use a mix of fish sauce, chili powder, lime juice, sugar, pork seasoning powder, and toasted rice powder.
