Strain soaked kabuli chana to remove excess water.

Add green chilies and garlic cloves to chana and grind finely without using water.

Add onions, coriander leaves to this paste.

Add oats flour as required and mix well. Consistency should be thick so that you can form tikkis.

Add salt. Mix well. Give shape to tikkis as you like and deep fry them on medium heat.

Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
