Rice with shredded beaf sauce

Perboil ur rice

Use wok to heat oil, add onions garlic and ginger, add ur Perboiled rice and stir fry like 5mins

Add ur grated fresh perper, seasoning and continue stirring, now add ur beaf / chicken stock and cover to steam on a low heat

Now add ur red bell perper (tatase diced) Lastly add shredded/diced carrot. And ur rice is ready.

Beaf sauce: Perboil ur shredded beaf with spices and seasonings, remove beaf from stock and Sieve the stock. Heat a pan with oil and add garlic ginger, onions,add the beaf and stir fry, add ur beaf stock, add the thickener, fresh perper, diced vegies and is ready.
