Cook sliced apples with sugar in a pot until sugar is melted and apples slightly soft. Add nutmeg and cinnamon for added flavour.

Mix rolled oats, flour, ground digestive biscuits with butter

Add apples in a baking dish and cover with rolled oats toppings

Bake in 230°C / 450°F for 15 to 20 mins and you see apple juice sizzling on top of topping
