Heat the pan,add some oil now add green chilli and grated ginger,fry for 10 sec, now add chopped onion and fry till turn golden now add all dry spices like,haldi,red chilli,garam masala and fry it al together for 2,3 min now add salt to ur taste and lastly add green coriander, ur stuffing is ready

Make a soft dough of wheat flour, now take a little dough make it round with the help of dry flour,add some stuffing into it and seal it and press it and make a round paratha like any other paratha

Take another pan and heat it now put ur paratha on it cook it with oil or ghee or butter till turn golden brown, now ur paratha is ready to eat

We can eat with sauce, chutney
