Steps

(For the dough)mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt and mix together

Put margarine and rub in with your hands

Make a well and pour the beaten egg and rub into the flour, add the milk and mix, add some water as you mix to form a dough

Knead and let it proof until doubled in size

Grease and dust a baking sheet

Deflate the dough and knead for about 5 min add blueberries

Roll out the dough to a rectangular shape

(For the filling) mix sugar and cinnamon thoroughly

Spread margarine on the dough

Pour the cinnamon sugar mixture on the dough

Cut the dough into equal size and place each roll into the baking sheet and allow space in between the rolls for raising

Proof and let them raise, pre heat the oven and bake till golden brown
