Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupbuckwheat flour
  • 1/8 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 tbspcocoa powder
  • 2 tbspyoghurt or 1/2 egg
  • 3 tbspbrown sugar
  • 4 tbspwater

Steps

    Whisk egg or yoghurt in a microwave safe mug.

  2. 2

    Add water and sugar. Whisk well

  3. 3

    Add all dry ingredients and mix well. It will be thick cake like batter

  4. 4

    Microwave for 1 min to 1 min 30 second. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes

  5. 5

    Top with Chocolate spread or Ganache and serve warm
