Steps

Put oil in sufuria, add chopped garlic, onions, potatotoes and carrots one after the other

After a few min of mixing, add tomatoes and salt, leave to cook

Add njahi and mix well, add mushed mix of pumpkin and peanut butter, add some water and stir until thick, put in low heat to brothe
- 4
Serve with raw cabbage strips and spiced pasta. Garnish with beet root for a healthier finish
