1 stripPork Belly (Sam Chan) - Approx 12” length 1.5” width
2 tbspdark soy sauce
3 tbsplight soy sauce
1 tspsalt
1.5 tsppepper
2 tbsp5 spices powder
2 clovesgarlic (crush)
1 tbspsugar

Marinate all together for 1/2 hr or less or more- up to you

Seal the mix in saucepan then add water, bring to boil then transfer to slow cooker.

Add hard boil eggs together into slow cooker for few hours
