Most nuts intensify in flavour after toasting. Here's how I toast my cashews....very simple to do.
Steps

Assemble your cashew nuts on some parchment paper. Make sure none is on top of the other

Coat them with the oil and salt mixture. Make sure every nut is well coated and laying on it's own for even toasting of all nuts

Put them in the oven to toast at 175 degrees for about 7 mins...keep checking on them every minute or so to make sure they dont burn. These burn pretty quick so dont leave them unattended

I take mine out when they have a slight brown sear...this greatly enhances the flavour

As seen above I store in an airtight container and I try consume within two weeks at least...
