Ingredients

  1. 4potato
  2. 250 gmall propose flour
  3. 4 cuprefind veg oil
  4. 1 tspajwain
  5. 2 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  6. 2green chilli chopped
  7. 1 tspbaking Powder
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    At first boil the potatoes and mash properly.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix all purpose flour and baking powder, mashed potato, ajwain, salt and 2 tsp oil.

  3. 3

    With mixing watera and make dough. Now make small puris with dough

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the puris.
