Not sure what to name it because we mixed different ingredients here with my little helper. atta flour, Dessicated coconut is in there, lemon rids, yellow raisins, chocolate chips, cinnamon and cardamom spices.well it's heavenly in the mouth my daughter could hardly wait for it to cool down. Washa jiko na makaa.(englishise it).

Sieve the dry ingredients together. Make 2 rounds to trap in air.

Prepare the baking tin. Preheat the sufurias on the jiko. As you prepare other ingredients

Mix the oil and sugar together, as you add one egg at a time.

Add vanilla essence, lemon rid and mix the wet ingredients well..

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and fold in well.

Fold in the raisins and chocolate chips.

Pour the batter in the prepared love heart shaped tin and sandwich it in the sufurias.

Let it cook until the neighbors knock the door following the cake scent. Insert a skewer to check if full cooked.

Put on a rack to cool.
