Pour milk into the deep non stick pan and let it come to a boil

Heat ghee in a non stick pan.Add makhana and roast in low flame till it became golden and crispy then keep aside

Add khoya and powder sugar to the milk and let it boil on low heat.Add the makhana and mix lightly.

Add a pinch of yellow colour (dissolve in milk) to the makhana kheer for the light beautiful yellow tint.

Cook the makhana kheer till it done or it became 3/4 in quantity

Add green cardamom powder to the kheer

Mix well and take it off the heat.Let it cool to room temperature and then keep in the refrigerator to chill

Serve this yummmyyy and delicious kheer chilled
