Steps

Boil the daal in water till the water becomes dry.

Grind pudina(mint leaves),garlic and chilli and make chutney of it.

Take flour.add the boiled dal,pudina chutney,all the other ingredients and 2 tbsp of oil.now knead it and make a dough.

Heat the remaining oil in a pan.make rolls of the dough and flatten it with rolling pin.now deep fry the puris till it becomes golden brown.

Your pudina dal ki puri is ready.enjoy it with curd,tomato ketchup and green chutney.
