  • Chicken breast
  • Apples
  • Cucumber
  • Red bell pepper
  • Green pepper
  • Carrots
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Mayonaise optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all ingredients into cubes

  2. 2

    First stir fry the chicken breast spices garlic for some minutes and set a side

  3. 3

    Get. The vegetable chunks and mix with the stir fry

  4. 4

    Add a bit pepper and serve chilled it can be served with rice
