    Roast the Brinjal tomato and potatoes on open flame and remove the skin.

    Add mustard oil

    Add salt

  4. 4

    Mash together the potato Brinjal and tomato add gringer garlic green chillies and coriander leaves and mix well. And serve with roti or as side dish.
