    Peel plantain and cut into 1 inchs thick slices

  2. 2

    In a deep frying pan heat d oil and fry till golden

  3. 3

    Flatten d plantain using a tostonera or spn to about ¼(0.5cm)

    Fry d plantain again till golden yellow enjoy
