Blend carrot in jar

Cook carrot in heavy pan on flame till water dry

Add ghee

Add milk or cream & Cook 15 minutes

Add sugar&cook till sugar completely absorb

Add khoya and cook till the constancy looks like halva

In another pan prepare rabri

Mix milk or khoya & sugar and cook 5 minutes

Freeze plate with ghee and set first layer gajar ka halva

Set second layer khoya and let remain for set

Cut in desire shape and serve
