We call this dish "Barbunya " . We can eat either as a cold appetizer or hot
Cooking Instructions

Prepare everything, open your can , rinse and drain beans, chop onion and carrot, purée tomato, heat 4 cups of water

Get ready for your spices

Heat v. Oil add onions and carrot , sauté
- 4
Add puréed tomato and paste
- 5
Add water
- 6
And spices
- 7
Stir, combine all and cover , mid- heat cook carrots about 25-30 minutes, when they are tender add beans
- 8
Since beans are already cooked, just boil about 5-6 mints. .mine was very spicy , you be more careful , if so add some boiled water over it.
