Steps

Trim the fat off of the chicken breast.

In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and mix together.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, combine the eggs, minced garlic, and salt. Mix together.

Dip each chicken breast in the wet mix then the dry mix and place on a pan.
- 6
Cook for 20 minutes. Flip the chicken over and cook for an additional 10 minutes and enjoy!
