Ingredients

  • 1/2jackfruit chopped
  • 2Potatoes cubed
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1.5 tbspcumin-coriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspginger powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add chopped jackfruit and Potatoes and saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Add ginger,red chilli Powder and cumin-coriander powder

  5. 5

    Saute till oil separates and add water

  6. 6

    Cover and cook on low heat
