Steps

Heat oil in pan for deep frying.

Slide a papad in pan and fry it for few seconds.. till it crisp.

With a tong remove the papad from oil, place the papad on paper napkin towel so that excess oil is absorbed.

Take a bowl and mix chopped onions, tomatoes, and cucumber add salt, chilli powder, chat masala, cumin powder and lemon juice in it mix it well.

Place the papad on a plate and add ready masala on it.. Sprinkle chopped coriander on it.

Serve the masala papad immediately or else they turn soggy.
