Put your pot on medium heat and add oil, when it starts to heat up, you add ginger and garlic paste to the oil, fry a little then add onion and diced carrots. Add all the spices.

When the carrots start to soften, put water as required, depending on the quantity of your couscous. Add your seasonings and salt to taste. And allow it to boil.

Add your cabbage and allow to boil for a few seconds then add the couscous and stir. Add the pepper and stir. Turn off the heat and cover the pot properly.

After like 5 minutes, stir the couscous and serve. It will be like this 👇
