Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 2 cupchilke dal
  3. 1 cupchop garlic
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. To tastesalt
  6. 2 tspdesi ghee
  7. 1 tspjeera
  8. 4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add dal and rice washed and soaked 2 hr.

  2. 2

    After 2 hr take a pressure cooker add ghee hot add jeera and garlic saute then add onion, salt, water.

  3. 3

    Then add rice and dal cook for 2 whistle then gas off.

  4. 4

    After pressure released serve khichri
