Steps

Wash & grate cauliflower (gobhi). Add all ingredients except flour and ghee.

Add wheat flour and 1 tsp Salt in a bowl. Add some water. Mix well. Knead semi soft dough. Keep rest for 15 minutes. Take some portion of dough. Flatten it slightly. Place some gobhi mixture. Seal its edges. Make round ball.

Dust some of flour on working surface. Flat it with Rolling pin.

Heat tawa (griddle). Place paratha.

Drizzle some ghee or butter. Cook it both sides until golden & crispy on medium heat.

Gobhi paratha is ready. Serve with curd and butter.
