In another saucepan, combine the milk, fine semolina, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Stir in the orange blossom water and rose water at the end.

Meanwhile, trim the crusts off the bread slices and toast them in the oven until golden.

Arrange the toasted bread in a single layer, pour the syrup over the bread, then spread the cream mixture on top. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.

Before serving, garnish with pistachios and shredded coconut, and drizzle with more syrup if desired.
