Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupoats (about 40 grams)
  2. 1 containerchocolate almond milk
  3. 1 tablespoonchia seeds (about 10 grams)
  4. 1 pinchcacao nibs
  5. Cherries, to taste
  6. 1/2banana
  7. Black sesame powder, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure the oats and chia seeds, and place them in a container with a lid.

  2. 2

    Add the cacao nibs and almond milk, then cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. 3

    In the morning, scoop into a bowl, sprinkle with black sesame powder, and arrange the cherries and banana on top.
