Cut all the vegetabels and wash the bhey properly.

Cook it till 2-3 whistles in1 glass water.

Grind onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger.

Now add oil in the pan. Put the prepared masala in it.

Now cook it properly. Then add the spices mentioned in it.

Cook well. Now add the chopped bhey in it. Mix well.

Your bhey sabzi is ready.
