Ingredients

  • 250 gmwheat flour
  • 250 gmmethi chopped
  • to tastesalt and red chilli
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and knead a soft dough

  2. 2

    Roll out a small ball size from it and cook on hot tawa and apply oil both side cook till red spots on paratha and serve
