  • 1/2kg_liver
  • 3_tomatoes
  • 1_onion
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the onion and tomatoes

  2. 2

    In a sufuria pour some cooking oil and fry the onions till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add the chopped liver, salt,stir and cover for some few minutes

  4. 4

    Add your tomatoes and fry till they form a paste

  5. 5

    Strir,cover and cook till the liver becomes soft
