2 ltrFull creme Milk
2 pinchesAlum pwder
1 cupSugar
1/4 tspCardamom powder
10-12 threadsSaffron
1 tbspAlmond slices

Steps

Boil milk in non stick kadhai (heavy/thick bottom kadhai)on full flame.

Add alum in it and stir milk in fits and starts.

When 1/3 milk remains add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder and sliced almonds and cook it for few time more.

Serve it hot or cold.
