Ingredients

1h50 minutes
  • 1small butternut
  • 3peeled potatoes
  • 2medium carrots peeled and chunk cut
  • Drizzle a small amount of olive oil
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 TSPmixed dry herbs
  • 1 TSPchicken spice
  • 1 TSPpotato spice
  • 1 TSPbbq

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse and peel the butternut then mix it with peeled potatoes that are diced and peeled carrots cut into chunks

  2. 2

    Take the Pyrex dish and drizzle it the pour the vegetables then season it with spices, chicken spice BBQ, potatoes spice and mixed dry herbs mix well and bake the vegetables the stove at 180degr Celsius then for about 50 minutes to baked

  3. 3

    Check and roast the continued once the vegetables are soft remove them and serve them

My mom taught me how to cook, so the love of cooking it's from her cause when she talks, about new recipe her face lights up so seeing her excited about food made me to want to feel that so, I started to cook and everytime I want to learn some new recipe I visit home and she will teach me. She is my heroine in the kitchen.
