Grind frozen kiwi and strawberry separately and keep aside

Take a glass and fill it half with overnight oats and chia seeds mix (in a bowl take half cup rolled oats and one cup skimmed milk,add chia seeds and date sugar and refrigerate overnight)

After filling half the glass with overnight oats,pour kiwi puree on top of that very slowly.fill the rest top of glass with strawberry puree and enjoy it chilled healthy and filling.
