Steps

Peel and grate raw papaya in medium or thick side of grater. Cut the tomatoes into halves.

Take 1tsp of sesame oil in a skillet and add raw papaya. Cook till slightly dry(1-2min)

Cool. Add tomatoes and chopped green chillies.

Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, soya sauce, black sesame seeds and toss well.

Tear basil leaves and toss well. Serve topped with roasted peanuts/ walnuts.
