Needed to use up some veg, so threw in some pork to go with. #Quick, #Easy, #Familyfriendly.
Steps

Trim brown stalks from sprouts, remove outside leaves. Cut into quarters, throw into a medium saucepan.

Peel and slice Onions, put in the pot with the peas.

Slice the pork into cubes and throw these into the pot as well. Add about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and start to cook, stirring well. Add about 250 mls of water once the vegetables start to sizzle.

Cook gently, stirring occasionally until everything is cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Stir in the Mustard about 5 minutes before serving. Can be used as a side dish or main.
