100 gmsDairy cream
2 cupmilk
3/4cup.Sugar
2tbsp.rose syrup
2tbsp.grated chenna
1-2 dropsrose essance(arc)
.few rose petals

Steps

Take thick bottom vessel.Heat milk n cream 5-10mins on slow flame.Add sugar stir cont. Let it cool.

Grate chenna add rose arc mix well chopp rose petals.

Now add rose syrup in cream milk churn properly.Add chenna nrose petals. Mixwell n serve chilled.

Delicious innovative Rose chenna cream is ready to serve.Garnish with rose syrup n rose petals
