Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Chicken breast
  3. Onions
  4. Maggi
  5. Spices
  6. Scoth bonnet
  7. Lemon(optional)
  8. Cheddar/Mozarella cheese (optional)
  9. Bread crumbs
  10. Flour
  11. Eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot washed and cube potatoes,boil potatoes with pinch of salt until soft.

  2. 2

    Strain and keep aside.

  3. 3

    In a saucepan,add chicken breast,onion,scoth bonnet,garlic,maggi,spices (I used curry,black pepper,cumin and ginger) and water enough to cook chicken breast

  4. 4

    While chicken is cooking,mashed your potatoes and keep aside.

  5. 5

    When chicken is done,using fork or hand shred chicken into pieces

  6. 6

    Add chicken to the bowl of potatoes,and a teaspoon of scoth bonnet and garlic,add maggi and some spices,you can squeeze lemon(Optional).

    Mix potatoes well,add grated mozarella or chedder and mix again

  8. 8

    To make perfect size balls,use scoop to make balls

  9. 9

    Scoop potatoes in your hand and roll to a ball

  10. 10

    Arrange ball in a tray,do not over crow them

  11. 11

    In three different bowls,add flour to one,break eggs in one,add bread crumbs to one

  12. 12

    Firstly put balls in flour,saute in egg then bread crumbs.

  13. 13

    Put balls back in egg then in bread crumbs continously depending on how crusty you want it.

    Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

  15. 15

    Then serve!
