Ingredients

  • 6chicken wings
  • 150 gdark chocolate (80%)
  • 2 tbsptomato puree
  • 1 tbsphot sauce
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 tspsalt
  • pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 190C.

  2. 2

    Combine the ingredients (minus the chicken) in a bowl

    Add your chicken wings. Thighs can be used if you don't have wings.

    Place your chicken wings on a baking try and place in the oven for 20 mins.

    Take out of the oven. Serve with fresh thyme.
