Vegan, Uruguayan naan bread

So, my Uruguayan mom made this pizza once, it was "torta frita" Dough baked. I think it is what you Americans call Naan bread? And it's vegan!

So, my Uruguayan mom made this pizza once, it was "torta frita" Dough baked. I think it is what you Americans call Naan bread? And it's vegan!
Steps
- 1
Put aprox 50ml of warm water in a bowl and add the yeast
- 2
Apart from that, mix flour and salt on a bowl
- 3
Now add the water with the dissolved yeas
- 4
Make a hole in the middle and add the olive oil (and 1 to 3 tablespoons of milk if you want to)
- 5
Now add as much water as you need to. It must be warm (I don't know why, but mom is always right). The dough should be fluffy and a little bit sticky
- 6
Now spread some flour on a table and start kneading the dough. Add more flour if it's still sticky
- 7
Now start making balls. My mom did 10 balls the size of her palm
- 8
Stretch them!
- 9
Now it's time to cook! Cook for aprox 20 minutes at mid-heat, on a pan sprayer with olive oil
- 10
You can use this naan bread for mini pizzas or even tortillas if don't let it get crispy!
