Beat eggs light stir and add sifted flour

Knead well chill 30 minutes or longer

Roll in thin sheets place on cloth until dry but not brittle

Roll cut very fine

Have broth nicely seasoned and boiling

Drop in noodles cook 5 to 10 minutes
