1 small bowlpalak paste
1 smaall bowl sweet corn
1small onion
4green chillies cut
1tomato chopped
1 inchGinger chopped
1 tbspgarlic paste
4 TSPcurd
1/2 TSPkasuri maithi
1/4 TSPred chilli powder
1/4 TSPhaldi
3 minimum size spoon cooking oil
Taste to salt
2 pinchgaram masala

Fry onion in hot oil till pinkish, then put the crushed Ginger,garlic and chilli, tomato.

Then pour the palak paste and boiled corn all the things fry well.

After that pour curd and all spice mix well now corn palak ready to eat.
