1overripe plantain
1 tbspof. Butter
1/8 tspsalt
1egg
2 tbspmilk
1/4 tspnutmeg
1 tbspsugar (optional)

Wash,slice plantain into small piece n mash with ur fork set aside

Pour your mash plantain into your blender,add all other ingeidents and blend until smooth

Add little vegetables oil into ur saucepan n Fry
