Par boil ur rice wash and add salt a drop of oil and cook till done

Wash ur intestine, season and boil till well cooked, allow to cool and dice, wash ur veggies and slice then in a sauce pan stir fry ur intestines and add ur veggies season and allow to cook for 3min and serve with ur rice
