Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Crayfish
  3. Red oil
  4. Salt
  5. Seasoning
  6. Green (vegetable)
  7. Onions
  8. Pepper
  9. Smoked fish (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the yam, place on fire add water,salt and seasoning and then allow to boil.

    Blend/Pound your crayfish and pepper. While you slice the onions and then shred the smoked fish.

    Wash your green (vegetable) with salt and enough water and then you place it on a sieve.

  4. 4

    Add your red/palm oil, crayfish and pepper and chopped onions.

  5. 5

    When the yam is soft/done,add the shredded fish and then green (vegetable). Taste for salt and bring it down.

    Your yam porridge is ready.
